For the past few years, we have had the absolute pleasure of using this company for our air freshener services, and we truly couldn’t be happier. In a busy cafe environment, creating a consistently welcoming and fresh atmosphere for our guests is everything, and this team helps us achieve exactly that.
The true highlight of our experience, however, is Mr. Amir Sahibzada. Every single month, like clockwork, he visits us for our refills. Amir doesn't just provide a standard service; he brings genuine warmth, professionalism, and a friendly smile that our staff always looks forward to. He goes about his work seamlessly and treats our space with so much care and respect.
It is incredibly rare to find such unwavering dedication and reliability in a long-term business partner. Thank you, Amir, for your wonderful energy and for keeping our spaces so inviting month after month. We highly recommend their services to any business looking for top-tier quality with a genuinely personal touch!

I recently purchased one Scentique Medium diffuser and two Scent Smart units from Scenta Flora, and I am extremely impressed with both the products and the service.
The diffusers are excellent and have transformed the atmosphere of our home. The scent quality is outstanding, the coverage is impressive, and the units are easy to use and maintain.
What truly sets Scenta Flora apart is Amir Sahibzada. From the first conversation, Amir took the time to understand our preferences, asking what fragrances we liked and disliked, how we wanted each room to feel, and then carefully tailoring his recommendations to suit our tastes. His product knowledge is exceptional, and his enthusiasm for the brand is genuinely refreshing.
Most importantly, Amir listens. He wasn’t focused on making a sale; he was focused on ensuring we found the right scents and the right solutions for our home. That personalised approach made a huge difference.
When I later experienced a minor issue with one of the units, Amir responded immediately and came out the very next morning to resolve it. That level of after sales support is rare and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Scenta Flora offers great products, but Amir Sahibzada is the reason I would happily recommend the company to others. He is knowledgeable, professional, passionate, and clearly takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. A true asset to the organisation.
Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Scenta Flora today. Mr. Mohammed arrived early in the morning at 9:00 AM to fix the diffuser machine and deliver the oil. He was extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain how everything works. I truly appreciate his patience, helpfulness, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We scheduled an appointment for fragrance samples yesterday for our office. Everyone was enjoying the scent of comfort, luxury , flora, citrus, chocolates even a scent of a dessert they have it. From the very moment that the diffuser is ON, the fragrance envelops you in warm, luxurious embrace. The scent is perfect balanced, with comforting notes that evoke a sense of serenity and sophistication. The top notes is delightfully fresh and inviting, while reveals a subtle floral sweetness that adds depth without being overpowering. Today clients are kept asking about the fragrance that ends with lots of complements. Lastly we are grateful for a professional and friend approach of the company personnel. Thank you for the good experience .
